Puerto Lumbreras is the only municipality in the Region of Murcia Clara participating in the program, which launches the Women's Institute of the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.
The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, via the Department of Equality, is developing the CLEAR Program, which promotes employment of lumbrerenses, increasing the employability of women and improving their expectations and their quality of life through personal development and better qualified for employment.
This morning, the Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, M ª Ángeles Tunisia, attended one of the workshops of the CLARA program, which has been known to users as part of this project and see the workshops that are being out to improve the employability of women.
In this sense, M ª Ángeles Tunisia, explained that "this program to women heads with special difficulties finding work and develops through an itinerary with a methodology specific, personalized intervention, taking into account the point of heading and the needs of women lumbrerenses ".
Thus, the project is articulated through a journey of social work intervention and sequenced phases in which personal, professional, occupational training and employment support to be working.
The program includes four phases.
In the first, there has been attracting users, the second, has interviewed candidates for their personal situation and work such as needs and demands of women issues.
In the third phase, there has been the work of individual empowerment and motivation that have been advised by a psychologist.
Finally, in the fourth phase of computer workshops, personal development and motivation are given.
In addition, they will conduct several workshops as "Custom Service", "senior administrative and commercial management of economic documentation", "Distribution and logistics providers", "Basic Accounting".
They also made labor practices auxiliary operations and general administrative services
The profile of women who should attend is very broad, but have in common the experience of professionals, which makes them more vulnerable to economic and social changes that increase the risk of running out of situations, either personal or circuits being linked to training and employment.
Notably Puerto Lumbreras is one of eight municipalities in Spain elected to participate in the edition of Clara Program 2013/2014, which launched the Women's Institute under the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.
The participants in the 2013-2014 edition with local entities are Villaquilambre Puerto Lumbreras (León), Elche (Alicante), the Commonwealth do Val Miñor (Pontevedra), O Grove (Pontevedra), Paterna (Valencia), Piñor (Orense) and Puçol (Valencia).
