During the month of March, more than 1,500 students from public schools Assumption Jordan, Immaculate Conception, Sacred Heart and Juan Antonio López Alcaraz participate in the conference.

The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Department of Education and the Department of Public Safety, in collaboration with the local police of the municipality and the Traffic Department of the Region of Murcia, launched throughout March Conference on Road Safety Centres and Primary Education in Puerto Lumbreras.
In this sense, more than 1,500 students in public schools Assumption Jordan Immaculate Conception, Sacred Heart and Juan Antonio López Alcaraz participate in the conference which aims to educate and raise awareness among children on road safety.

The schedule for this activity with the participation of teachers who guide children as well as local police officers who instruct younger to have appropriate behavior in the role of pedestrian and driver.
Thus, the figure of the driver is represented by children on bicycles that need to comply with all the rules in their path.
Thus, the path to do consists of different traffic signs (stop, traffic lights, pedestrian crossings ...) that makes it easier for school learning this subject.
