The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras and the Association of Housewives, Consumers and Users 'Peñas Blancas' have signed a cooperation agreement with the aim of developing new consumer protection policies in Puerto Lumbreras.

Thus, the management of a public service of consumer information and complaints and claims management including establishing mediation and conciliation through the Municipal Consumer Information Office will open its doors to members of Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10.00 to 14.00, on the first floor of City Hall.

COINCIDING NEW ACTIVITIES WITH WORLD DAY OF CONSUMER
The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras has organized a program of activities to coincide with the World Day Consumer Rights held on 15 March.

In addition, they have organized talks for parents and students of IES Rambla Nogalte on the proper use of social networks, chats and other senior centers to avoid scams and fraud among the elderly.
