From the Department of Youth of United Left-Greens Puerto Lumbreras we express our opposition to the privatization of the old school "Sacred Heart" through the process just to approve the PP government team to carry it out.

We oppose it is paid with the Public Education dilapidated city coffers under the guise of offering a new arrangement (and therefore private) school in Puerto Lumbreras.

We deny that the motive is to increase the quality of education in our people and that it will be a cross access allowed individuals and families who can afford it, in addition to the educational project seems to care little PP as the decision by the project end for the contest that will be influenced only by the quality of the education project presented by 20%, 30% prioritizing the amount of money that is paid.

Therefore, the old Public School Sacred Heart is offered for sale to the highest bidder, the property of each and all residents of Puerto Lumbreras, and giving shelve historical claims in our people as it is the creation of a second public high school in Puerto Lumbreras increase educational offerings, with the possibility that they could use the facilities of the aforementioned school for it.

This decision is backed up by the Ministry of Education of the Region of Murcia, and its Director, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, who seems to want to follow the path to an education only for a few undertaken by the Minister José Ignacio Wert.

Therefore, United Left-Greens again reaffirms its commitment to fight for public education, always in defense alongside students, mothers, fathers and teachers.
