Personal employment pathways are distributed in 3 areas: social skills, job search and self-employment.
The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras has launched the "Personal Routes to Employment" (IPE) program with the objective of promoting employment in the town.
The program, created by the Center for Innovation, Training, Employment and Business (CIFE 2) consists of different theoretical and practical training workshops to promote the development and specialization in professional profile citizens.
According to the Councillor for Employment, Sustainable Development and European Projects, Salvadora Martínez, "the objective of Personal Routes to Employment Program is to facilitate and promote the development of personal, social and work skills of citizens to position themselves in a favorable position to job search. "
Specifically, Personal Routes to Employment created by the City Council over 3 areas: social skills, job search and self-employment.
Thus, social skills will be enhanced through a workshop to improve personal and professional skills for the 12, 14, 16 and 19 May from 10.30 to 13.30 hours in the Center for Entrepreneurship.
With this workshop attendees will develop skills to effectively use various skills, enhance strategic communication and increase motivation, reflect on the quality of staff work and expand the network.
On the other hand, in the field of self-employment, a workshop on 27 and 29 May are conducted to motivate people to create new businesses and encourage entrepreneurial culture.
Also in this workshop topics and emerging sectors, business plans, ways to start a business, grants and subsidies will be addressed.
Finally, we also performed a theoretical-practical workshop tools for active job search, in which participants learn how to create your resume in different ways, and to write a letter, prepare selection interviews and search jobs online.
This workshop took place on 21 and 23 May at 10.30 am at the Center for Entrepreneurship in Puerto Lumbreras.
