The town of Puerto Lumbreras host the ceremony for the Business Awards, 'Puerto Lumbreras, Entrepreneur Municipality' to be held on Friday 29 July from 22.30 in the Municipal Pool.
The Mayor, M ª Ángeles Tunisia ASEPLU president, Francisco Garcia Elvira, and Councilman Business and Industry, Jerome Gázquez, presented this morning the 204th edition of the traditional awards and Puerto Lumbreras.
According to the Mayor, M ª Ángeles Tunisia, "the ceremony Business Awards has become a traditional event in a city like Puerto Lumbreras, characterized by a large business development."
This is an "initiative in which both the Confederation of Employers, ASEPLU as the City highlights the work of those who promote economic and business development in the locality."
In this edition 2014, the consistory and ASEPLU distinguish 'Corporate life' Bartholomew and Santiago García García Nogalte Workshops, and other companies in the municipality such as Marimar with Toys 'Trade Award' Meson My Farmhouse with 'Hospitality Award' and Grupo El Curro Telplay the 'Entrepreneur Award'.
In this sense, the Mayor stressed that "these awards recognize the dynamism and effort of business projects of the municipality, and further recognize each year the actual work of an entrepreneur or entrepreneurs lumbrerenses through award 'To a business life.'"
The jury awarded these awards is composed miembrosde ASEPLU and the City of Puerto Lumbreras.

Toys Marimar is a small family business.
It was created in 1990. Began his business in a small room of 20 square meters located on the street Boquera Virgin.

The business career of the brothers goes back to 1965 when Bartholomew moved to Barcelona in order to learn the trade body and paint.
For six years he worked in workshops Barthelemy Cáceres in Hospitalet de Llobregat.
And this family tradition was repairing vehicles since their father Peter dedicated his life to the construction and repair of cars and farm implements.
After this time and learned the trade Bartholomew returned to Puerto Lumbreras and with his brother James and his father Pedro rode the first workshop of metal and paint the town.
Located on Liberty Street, it was a small workshop of 180 m2 in which they were practicing this craft for 38 years.
At present, this family business continues, the company having moved to Puerto Lumbreras Industrial Estate, expanded facilities, with machinery, technical equipment and sufficient for proper vehicle repair and better customer service means.
The company is called Talleres Nogalte, is directed by Antonio (son of Bartolome) and has two employees (Juan and Salvador).
