Therapeutic swimming, aquasalud, infant swimming and swimming lessons for babies are some of the programs that are launched this summer 2014.
The town of Puerto Lumbreras has opened its new municipal swimming pools with a new schedule of swimming lessons, aquasalud and water activities for the summer of 2014. This morning, Mayor, M ª Ángeles Tunisia, Councillor for Youth and Sports, José Aragon, workers and technicians of summer pools presented the new programming.
Thus, through the Department of Youth and Sports have launched numerous swimming lessons for all ages during the months of July and August;
plus water aerobics classes and other water activities.
In this regard, the council of Youth and Sports, José Aragón, explained that this year, "have been made available to many lumbrerenses activities with ample time and target all audiences."
Therefore, through this program, citizens can enjoy courses and water activities during July and August in Puerto Lumbreras, without having to travel to other coastal towns.
The courses will be held in the indoor pools Municipal Sports Complex and new pools in summer.
Specifically, swimming lessons, whose entries are open, will be divided by age.
Sessions of techniques aimed swimming children, and special sessions for those seniors are also taught.
In addition, seniors will have aquasalud classes in which they encourage their health through exercise mobility in the water.
This year we have also launched programs of baby swimming.
The program is taught from 9.00 Aquasalud 9:50 a.m., while 5-8 year infant swimming and therapeutic swimming are held from 9.50 am to 10:40 a.m..
Finally, at 11.30 hours 10.40ha infant swimming classes 5-8 years and 9-16 years were given, including for babies 6 months to 4 years.
