The City Puerto Lumbreras has become one of the 30 local authorities in Spain to receive this grant to enhance the employability of young people through the project 'Orienta T' promoted by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities' and Youth Institute ( Youth Institute).

The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras has become one of the 30 Spanish local entities that receive a grant from the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and the Institute for Youth (Youth Institute) for the implementation of an "Office of Career Guidance for Youth ".
The initiative is framed within the "OrientaT" project, "intended to promote the employment and professional expertise of young people in the town of Puerto Lumbreras".
In this sense, the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia explained that "job creation is a top priority for the government team right now. Thus, through this new grant, the Youth Space will offer a new individual and personalized service, in which counseling training curricula of various professional profiles will be provided, as well as registration and information on jobs and training.
Thus, the Office of Vocational Guidance for Young provide specific guidance for employment through job search tools (curriculum development, enrollment in job boards. ...).
Similarly, it will serve as a training career guidance and exploration of job intermediation between companies and job seekers, management jobs, information and advice on contracts subsidized programs of support and encouragement to entrepreneurship, support and advice to train young companies and information on FP Dual, and European youth programs, among others.
