The Supreme Court in its judgment of 30 May this year, changing case law creates the conditions for the valuation of lands included in the PGMO as developable land Sectorizado.

From Puerto Lumbreras Psoe urge the council to-initiate the cadastral revision of all these properties, in response to the Supreme Court ruling, adjusting valuations to their real situation and initiate proceedings for the repayment of amounts unduly .
