This infrastructure will "improve the sewerage system and benefit the residents of these two neighborhoods, giving them a better service," explained the owner of Agriculture and Water.
The works have an investment of 478,568 euros, funded 80 percent by the Cohesion Fund of the European Union, and the remaining 20 percent of the equity of the Community.
These infrastructures convey wastewater to the main treatment plant, where they will be treated with the tertiary system to make them available to irrigators in the area.
The pumping system and collector of Old Road, which has a length of 600 meters, which will replace the current "has been insufficient to cover this area of ​​the municipality."
This collector is attached to the Lemon Street, where the waters to be carried to the treatment plant meet.
The investment in this infrastructure is 234,498 euros.
Moreover, the pumping manifold and Moncada area has a length of 140 meters and an investment of 236 797 euros.
This infrastructure will lead to manifold which runs parallel to the strip Astudillo to be carried to the water treatment plant.
