Thus, the new nursery school funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities, is in Herrerrías Street, next to CEIP Jordan of Puerto Lumbreras Asunción.
The center has an area of ​​660 square meters and offers more than 100 public places for children aged 0-3 years.
In addition, the building includes 6 classrooms, 2 multipurpose rooms, staff room and offices for the management and administration as well as dining and kitchen.
The work is part of the 'Plan Educa 3' developed by the Central Government and the Autonomous Community through the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities.
Thus, the new Infant School has a total investment of 757,000 euros, of which 687,000 will go to work and 70,000 euros for the equipment.
The Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, explained that "the construction of this new nursery continue to improve the network of nurseries in the municipality, which has greatly increased public places in recent years."
In addition, the mayor added that "we want to offer all parents of Puerto Lumbreras the opportunity to combine work and family life through Pequecultura project, which includes measures such as extension of hours of childcare or the inclusion of a nursery Public beside each of the 4 schools in the municipality ".
New Children's Pavilion CEIP Assumption Jordan
The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, and the Minister of Education, Culture and Universities, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, also inaugurated the new pavilion childhood education as part of comprehensive action that has developed in the CEIP Assumption Jordan.
Thus, the new module has 4 kindergarten classrooms with integrated toilets, staff room with toilets, hall and warehouse, from 178-337 square meters.
In this sense, the mayor explained that it is "integrated action to extend the educational center which had a 2-4 kindergarten classrooms with integrated in all toilets".
Moreover, Tunisia explained that "this extension flag childhood education, new equipment for classrooms, improvements in the courtyard and the implementation of new public kindergarten are part of a comprehensive performance improvement, upgrading and expansion of facilities" .
Thus, we have built 4 classrooms second cycle of child education and are equipped with an investment of over 162,000 euros.
Similarly, all classrooms have built toilets, and the new pavilion will incorporate early childhood education staff room with toilets, hall and warehouse.
