About 400 farmers in Puerto Lumbreras have specialized through more than a dozen training programs related to the primary sector.

A total of 140,000 euros have been invested by the Autonomous Region to strengthen the training of primary agriculture and livestock.
Notably, through an agreement between the City of Puerto Lumbreras and ADEA-ASAJA agreement have launched new initiatives to boost the development of agriculture and livestock.
The City Council serves information, training, support and advice that will be accessible to farmers who request it at the Municipal Dependencies Station-Esparragal.
Also, through the Local Education Plan, the City Council and the Community will continue to drive specialized training programs related to agriculture and livestock.
