Doctor in Sociology L`École Socials Sciences des Hautes in Paris and the Complutense University of Madrid has taught a seminar on female leadership coaching and on days 27 and March 28 at the Center for Women in Puerto Lumbreras.
So many people attended this meeting in which family, social and cultural aspects that influence the development of women in the field of business were analyzed.
Other topics as needed to understand and build the success puzzle pieces as well as obstacles in the professional and personal level were also discussed.
Also, Kaufmann provided during the day some reflections to increase self-esteem and analyzed some actual experiences of successful women.
Notably, Alicia Kaufmann is also professor of Sociology of Organizations in Alcalá de Henares University and its scientific production include 22 books and seventy-five articles.
