The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia, in the framework of the operation 'CLEANING', aimed at the prevention of public safety, has arrested two people in Puerto Lumbreras, one sought by justice for his imprisonment and A second related allegedly with several counts of armed robbery in one of which the victim was injured by a knife and dog bite.
One investigation last April began when the Civil Guard became aware of the location of a person sought for justice for their imprisonment for crimes of robbery with violence and intimidation, apparently, was hidden in an address in Puerto Lumbreras.
In addition of being a fugitive from justice he was subject, by court order, prohibiting residence in that municipality.
The Civil Guard established numerous devices in the home environment, a complex place for monitoring and where apparently took refuge cautiously, avoiding going out to the street.
The result of the research was made known to the competent judicial authority who authorized the entry and search of the home, which was held last June 8.
Collaboration with local police in Puerto Lumbreras
Specializing in prevention of public safety of the Meritorious, in collaboration with local police in Puerto Lumbreras, agents established a police presence led, first by closing off the area to prevent any attempt to escape the suspect, and secondly to entry and search of the house.
This operation culminated with the arrest of a Spanish male, 38, with numerous police records sought by justice for his imprisonment on charges of robbery with violence and intimidation.
Furthermore it is credited with authorship of the crime of breach of conviction to contravene a court order prohibiting him from residing in the municipality of Puerto Lumbreras.
The detainee and the proceedings have been brought before the Court of Instruction No. 3 of Lorca (Murcia), who has ordered his imprisonment.
Fazed victims with a knife and a dog
Another research conducted by the Civil Guard to locate a dangerous criminal, linked to several robberies committed in Puerto Lumbreras, has resulted in the arrest of a young man who is credited with authorship of the alleged four counts of robbery and intimidation, in one of which injured one person.
The investigation began when policemen prevention specialists citizen security were aware of several robberies to pedestrians who had been assaulted with a knife by a young man who also was accompanied by a dog potentially dangerous race to intimidate victims and grab valuables.
The investigations were performed with positive identification of a male suspect, aged 19, resident of Puerto Lumbreras and numerous police records related to alleged responsibility for the events investigated.
Once located, the police arrested him on suspicion of, so far, four counts of robbery.
One of the victims of these crimes was with incised wound in the thigh because knife attack and other damage caused by the bite of a dog potentially dangerous race who allegedly accompanied the arrest.
The detainee and the proceedings have been brought before the Court of Instruction No. 3 of Lorca who ordered his imprisonment.
The two investigations carried out by the Civil Guard in Puerto Lumbreras, to the location and arrest of two experienced criminals linked to several crimes against persons and property, have resulted in the arrest of two people who are credited with the alleged perpetrators of the crime of breach of conviction (1), theft (1) and robbery with violence and intimidation (4), which, after being brought to justice, were sent to prison.
