The Department of Tourism and Culture, in collaboration with the Astronomical Association of Murcia has organized a day with activities to contemplate "Tears of St. Lawrence", popularly known as "Starfall" that will take place tomorrow, Wednesday 12 August in the natural setting Cabezo de la Jara.
In this sense, the Councillor for Culture and Tourism, Maria Victoria Jerez, has encouraged citizens to attend this landmark place to see this phenomenon, "as telescopes will be installed on the esplanade of Youth Hostel Cabezo de la Jara and citizens may wish to look through them falling off the Perseids. In addition, observations of Saturn and the moon will be made. "
