Moreover also criticized by another proposal a situation that we consider unjust, given that in recent months many farmers are receiving in their homes, liquidations corresponding rustic IBI several nonprescription tax years (from 2011 to 2014 ), indiscriminately, in some cases case farms, which even are abandoned or disused, so in many cases they have been valued on market values ​​that are disproportionate or exaggerated.
This situation is causing many families have major difficulties to meet the payment of the aforementioned settlements, ranging between 2,000 and 4,000 euros on average, and affecting people with low incomes and pensioners.
