The campaign, developed during the summer months, including astronomical observations in the Cabezo de la Jara, astronomical trail routes and visits to the Interpretation Center of Nature.
The visits continue to be made until 15 September.

The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Department of Culture and Tourism has launched the summer campaign "Meet the Stars", in which 1,014 people have participated, visiting various tourist attractions in the vicinity of the site Natural Cabezo de la Jara.
Specifically, through this campaign, which takes place during the summer months, visitors have been able to make astronomical observations at the Youth Hostel Cabezo de la Jara guided by members of the Astronomical Association of Murcia visits.
The visit includes an introductory talk to astronomy, where legends and curiosities about the constellations are also counted.
In addition, guided tours include a session knowledge of the sky with an explanation to the naked eye, ending with the observation of the most important celestial objects through a telescope.
The campaign also includes tours of the astronomical path that consists of 1500 meters through which the visitor can see two sundials, a lunar clock and solar system with planets drawn to scale.
Moreover, within the campaign "Meet the Stars", citizens were able to visit the Interpretation Centre of Nature to discover the secrets and natural areas of Cabezo de la Jara.
Councillor of Tourism, Maria Victoria Jerez, explained that "this is the essential starting point for all tours, offering visitors, interactively, an overview of the space in which it is located."
Moreover, he added that "we have expanded the range of activities during the summer months promoting the contact with nature and astronomy."
Note that the campaign "Meet the Stars" continues to perform until 15 September.
Thus, those interested in astronomical observations can do every Wednesday and Saturday from 22:00 in the courtyard of the youth hostel, and can also visit the Interpretation Center of Nature every Saturday from 20.00h 22.00.
