Eighteen families of Puerto Lumbreras with few economic resources have obtained aid to finance the rent of their houses, for a total amount of 20,098 euros, charged to the line call for the Department of Development and Infrastructure Development Plan within housing rental, the Rehabilitation in Buildings and Urban Regeneration and Renewal.
The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, explained that "these social aid are intended to meet the basic needs of citizens."
In addition, the Mayor added that "the main beneficiaries of such aid are large families, women victims of domestic violence and people with disabilities."
So lumbrerenses 18 families are beneficiaries of the subsidies for the rental housing State Plan promoting rental housing, the edificatoria rehabilitation and regeneration and urban renewal 2013-2016.
Finally, the Mayor said that "these grants are aimed at financing access and stay in a rental housing to citizens with limited financial means."
