The Department of Equality has drawn up a program of activities under the slogan "Puerto Lumbreras, strength against abuse" from 23 to 30 November.
Concerts, solidarity march, lectures, workshops and training of a human bond are some of the activities included in the program against gender violence.
The councilor has encouraged men and women to participate in these joint activities "to fight a social problem that affects the entire population."
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Department of Equality, has developed a program of activities to commemorate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women under the slogan "Puerto Lumbreras, strength against abuse".
Specifically, the activities have begun this morning with talks on relations in equality for young.
Thus, more than a hundred students from IES Rambla Nogalte participated today in this activity given by a psychologist, specializing in the subject.

The program also includes activities during this weekend as a self-defense course taught by Spain champion Kick-Boxing, Mª Carmen Romero.
