The Department of Equal Opportunities, in collaboration with Women's Association Women's Center of Puerto Lumbreras and Friends Without Borders Association, has launched a new and varied program of activities, coinciding with the start of the year, including more twenty courses and workshops in different fields.
Specifically, the program of activities to be developed in the Center for Women includes education and languages ​​like English and French, introduction to sign language or painting courses.
In addition, healthy habits are also enhanced with workshops as streaching, relaxation, yoga, tai chi and chi kung, pilates, zumba, batuka.
Councillor for Equal Opportunities, Sonia Lopez, explained that "from the Center for Women bet for courses and seminars on various topics related to culture, leisure and health, so that each person can choose according to their own interests workshops ".
