The Department of Trade of the City of Puerto Lumbreras, in collaboration with business associations in the municipality, has launched a new campaign under the slogan "I love Puerto Lumbreras" coinciding with the feast of St. Valentine.
Thus, the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, together with the Councillor of Commerce, Angela Morillas and ASEPLU and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Lumbreras and Lorca presented this innovative campaign held in the town.
Specifically, the campaign includes several initiatives to promote shopping in the local market as the First Meeting of Romantic ballads, a contest of compliments or folktale by commercial areas of the town.
In this sense, the Alcaldesade Puerto Lumbreras stressed that "we have launched a new and original campaign to promote shopping trade and promoting our local businesses to celebrate Valentine".
In addition, he noted that "we have organized activities on the streets in order to encourage people to go out and buy in stores in Puerto Lumbreras".
Thus, on Friday February 12 the "Sails in love" activities will be held, which will distribute candles Cupido traders and shoot an arrow of love to the people through the streets of the city center.
