These workshops are part of a publicity campaign for Electronic Commerce for local business through the departments of Business, Employment and New Technology Development and the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras.
The First Training Workshop Series 2008, houses the workshops I and II which are made in the Chamber of Commerce of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras, during the afternoon and evening yesterday, as a prelude to the workshop III, IV and V to be undertaken Center of Puerto Lumbreras Local Development on 26 June 1924 and 25 September.
The workshops consist of a lecture-discussion with a specialist in the art that addresses and introduces different issues relating to electronic commerce and virtual business plan.
The E-Commerce portal in the Region of Murcia (CECARM) is the result envisaged by the Programme for the Development of Information Society in the Region of Murcia, 2002-2004, which in early 2002 prompted the Ministry of Industry and Environment, referred to in the Second Plan for the Development of Information Society in the Region of Murcia 2005-2007, in collaboration with the Department of New Technologies of the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras.
According to the council for New Technologies, José Manuel Alcántara, 'municipal and regional governments are aware of the challenge of effectively incorporating the Information Society and in this sense, the actions of the Plan "RegiondemurciaSI", which are intended to provide citizens and businesses in the region the necessary elements to successfully join the Information Society said.
'Specifically, the Plan that corresponds to "the empowerment of Electronic Commerce", aims to add another piece to the structure necessary to promote the full development of regional electronic potential in relation to the use and deployment of electronic commerce and Internet in households and companies. "
Enhancing services for Electronic Commerce, aims to facilitate the visibility of companies in the region of Murcia on the Internet, especially those that are already marketing their products online, through a dynamic portal to provide and manage all kinds of information for users of Electronic Commerce in the Region of Murcia.
This portal contain information and services are complemented by other actions necessary to achieve its roots as are the work of raising and training not only the business sector but also the university sector and vocational training are the foundation of e-business future next.
