The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, accompanied by Commander of the Eagle Patrol, Enrique Castro, and the mayor of Interior, Dolores Arenas, plus members of Local Government Team, attended the last day of the Feast Local Municipality , in honor of the Patron and Honorary Mayor of the Virgen del Rosario, the air show by Air Patrol Spanish Air Force.
Thousands of lumbrerenses were located near the Rambla de Nogalte, balconies, roads and central areas of the municipality in order to contemplate the six C-101 jets, for aerobatics group, which made their appearance after 13:30 pm last Tuesday at an air show aerobatics accompanied by smoke, they left impressed most of those attending the event were able to observe, among other stunts, skills and discipline of this group of experienced pilots of the Academia General del Aire addition to drawing the national flag colors in the air.
EAGLE PATROL
Eagle Patrol is one of three aerobatic patrols which has the Spanish Air Force and is currently composed of seven pilots, born in 1985 and has based in San Javier (Murcia).
The exhibits of the Eagle Patrol has become an indispensable classic aircraft in every area of importance and have achieved excellence and international recognition.
Once you get past the more than 20,000 flight hours, with an annual average of 25 national and 5 international exhibitions, the Eagle Patrol has reached full maturity and is ratified as one of the best aerobatic teams in the world.
Their thoughtful, meticulous and outstanding work, clearly contributes to come even closer to the Air Force to Spanish society and becomes permanent ambassador of our institution and our nation abroad.
