The regional government has authorized a grant amounting to EUR 6.5 million Nogalte Medina Tourist Consortium for investment in the Promotion Plan of the tourist product Nogalte Medina (1,100,000 euros) for the creation of public space cultural tourism in the area of Puerto Lumbreras (3.2 million) and to improve access and appropriateness of the setting of the Auditorium and Congress Center of Puerto Lumbreras (800,000).

Also bring the public space in the vicinity of Old Town and Castle Nogalte (1,100,000 euros) and improving access to Puerto Lumbreras by D-19 (700,000 euros).

These investments will help the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras with 400,000 euros to complete the sum total of 6.9 million euros.
