The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras is collaborating with the Business and Professional Women of Murcia (OMEP) through Coaching Technology Management Program to educate women entrepreneurs in the municipality in new technologies.
Councilman Business, Employment and Development, Ginés David Piñero, and technology consulting, M ª José Candel and Cristina Toledo, presented the counseling program at five entrepreneurs in the municipality that have been selected.
"The program contains a unique technology advisory service for 12 months.
It is an opportunity to help entrepreneurs in Puerto Lumbreras and improve their performance through training and practical application of technology in their businesses, "remarked the Councillor, David Piñero Ginés.
The project offers every business a technology consultant who will diagnose business technology needs to improve its competitiveness is related to increased productivity.
In addition, the program includes a final analysis which will detail progress has taken place, the strategies used and the tools that women have managed to improve performance and promote change in their companies.
The training sessions include personal and individual counseling focused on online learning, computer skills, e-mail and telematics business management.
Several sessions will also be used to deepen in hardware, software and communication.
