The Department of Equal Opportunities of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras organized two Mediterranean cruises, one of them directed at women and one for the marriage of the municipality.
Through these activities, more than 120 lumbrerenses this week have visited cities such as Monaco, Florence, Rome, Naples and Tunis in the Cruise 'Brisas del Mediterráneo'.
The initiative came on the occasion of Women's Week, when the Department of Equal Opportunity organized a cruise exclusively for women.
To enhance the activity, also was offered another cruise for marriages in the municipality.
"From the Department of Equal Opportunity wanted to unite all women on a cruise to celebrate Women's Week.
Later we organized another romantic cruise for couples in the municipality.
One of our goals is to provide the citizen with a wide range of leisure and entertainment activities, "said the Councillor for Equal Opportunities, Lina Gázquez.
