The town of Puerto Lumbreras has received this morning the Autonomous Community Bus informing the public about voluntary social work and encourages visitors to register with the bag of volunteers in the Region of Murcia.
Councillor for Equal Opportunities, Lina Gázquez has participated in the conference with the director general of Immigration and volunteering, Leopoldo Navarro.
Both have agreed on the need and support of such activities to promote support of the neediest people.
Volunteer Bus, which has enjoyed the visit more than one hundred lumbrerenses, has remained all day on Avenida Murcia Puerto Lumbreras, and tomorrow is expected to scroll through other local destinations such as the Institute Rambla de Nogalte, to educate the young.
"It is important that citizens can know in detail the purpose of the voluntary actions that are promoted at the municipality.
In addition, this bus will facilitate information on programs and activities developed by volunteers from the region, "said the Councillor for Equal Opportunities, Lina Gázquez.
