The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Department of Youth and Sports has organized a fitness macroclasses in which more than fifty lumbrerenses.
The conference, which was organized during the closing ceremony in the indoor pools of Municipal Sports Pavilion, has had different exercises like aerobic dance, choreographed classes with free weights, and classes of balance and muscle tone.
According to the councilman of Youth and Sports, Mariano Carrasco, "the practice of fitness decreases the risk of many diseases, and also frees us from combat stress and anxiety.
This is a sport that offers many different opportunities to practice in large groups and has helped us to close the course in the pool with about 70 lumbrerenses. "
