Puerto Lumbreras last night welcomed the first edition of the Festival of Dance Academy Nogalte Piqué occasion of Cultural 2009.
About 1,000 people attended the festival, which included numerous performances of modern dance, contemporary, belly dancing or flamenco.
The first part of the Festival included the representation of the Aladdin story through dance and performances that were more than thirty children, while the second half gave way to funky fusion dance, hip hop and modern dance.
Finally, the third party that closed the first Festival held in Puerto Lumbreras, featured dances and performances of contemporary pop and flamenco.
More than 80 pupils and students Piqué Dance Studio participated in the first edition of the Festival who led the teachers and Tania Laura Martínez Lafuente Rael.
