The measures include the paving of access and the installation of new infrastructure for sanitation and new rainwater collection system
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras has begun work on improvements and remodeling at the entrance to the Public School Immaculate Conception that have an investment of 455,782 euros.
Through these new initiatives will pave the entrances, and install new street furniture such as benches, planters and lighting in the school.
According to Councilman Works and Environment, Eliseo Sanchez, "what is intended with these actions is to improve the access of the school, while providing it with better infrastructure to meet the emerging needs of the school increased in recent years" .
In addition to remodeling and improving access to school, the work includes the addition of new infrastructure for clean water, the installation of a rainwater collection system and telecommunications networks and the installation of new processing center to provide better power at the school.
The performances, which have a deadline of 6 months, provide adequate and improved access as well as the peripheral zone of the Library and the nursery is in place near the school.
Councilman Works and Environment, Eliseo Sanchez, stated that "the proceedings involve the upgrading of a total area of 1,800 square meters."
