Romera]
Councilman IU + Greens in Puerto Lumbreras, Joaquín González, has resigned in a letter addressed to the local mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, and leaves his record of mayor to the next on the list, Vitoriano Jesus Romera.
Joaquin Gonzalez has been a councilor in the municipality of Puerto Lumbreras since 1995, taking responsibilities of government from 1999 to 2003 as first deputy mayor and mayor of municipal services.
Furthermore, in the legislature between 1995 and 1999 played a decisive role in municipal politics, as PP and PSOE had the same number of representatives in the municipality lumbrerense.
Gonzalez, who has submitted his resignation for personal reasons, will be replaced by Vitoriano Jesus Romero, who presumably will take office at the next plenary municipal.
