From 19.00 h, the Virgen del Rosario toured the main streets of town in the procession held on the occasion of the festivity.
During the afternoon yesterday Puerto Lumbreras is dressed up to accompany the patron saint, the Virgen del Rosario, the main streets of the town.
At 19:00 came out of the Virgin from the Church, where many lumbrerenses gathered to accompany the patron during the tour.
Municipal Corporation, associations, and numerous lumbrerenses accompanied the Virgin, carried on the shoulders of the bearers, in the main streets of town.
In addition, ladies and queens of the holidays followed the procession dressed in the Spanish mantilla.
During the journey, missed the applause and devotion to the Virgin, and stressed in one of the stops on Nogalte Rabla of a large fireworks display in his honor.
The celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary on October 7 dates in the Catholic Church to the year 1572.
It was established in the Dominican Liturgy by Pope St. Pius V.
