This new edition includes specific activities for women of all ages, and has built up a bilingual version of the program to cover all kinds of people living in the municipality.
Councillor for Equal Opportunities, Lina Gázquez, accompanied by representatives of Puerto Lumbreras female groups presented the fifth edition of the Healthy Habits program that includes more than thirty activities during the months of October, November and December aimed at promoting habits that benefit the physical and mental health.
Among those attending the presentation highlighted Marisol Moreno, a member of the Sectoral Council of Women, Maria Hernandez, president of the Association of Friends Without Forenteras, Angustias Martinez, a member of the Sectoral Council of Elders, and Monica Segovia, on behalf of youth.

The program also raises other initiatives that revolve around healthy eating, as a cooking class or a weight management workshop.
Regarding sports, the program includes a dance workshop 'Fame', a Belly Dance Workshop and some marches healthy.

The fifth edition of Healthy Habits also includes awareness days coinciding with International Day for Children of Violence against Women and Breast Cancer.
