Puerto Lumbreras City Council has approved in full last name for the Children's Center located on Calle Gerardo Diego, to be called 'Nursery School Romero Buenaventura. "
The council has adopted this name as a memorial to the work of this master lumbrerense, teacher in the town for nearly half a century.
Buenaventura Romero was a teacher for nearly half a century in various schools in the municipality of Puerto Lumbreras.
He combined his teaching with writing, getting to write poetry for children, more than 2,000 puzzles for children, and publishing the book "Adventures of Don Ventura ', which reflects different facets of his literary activity.
