The CLD has delivered the diplomas of courses during the second half of 2009.

The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Local Development Centre, has delivered the diplomas of training courses that were taught during the second half of 2009.

During this period, the municipality has driven more than thirty training programs that have completed more than five hundred lumbrerenses.

Councillor for Employment and Social Policy, M ª Angeles Tunisia, and the council's Enterprise and Industry, Ginés David Piñero, have presented the diplomas to the students of the Centre for Local Development.

Moreover, from the Local Development Centre have been given other training programs as "Technical direction and motivation ',' Word Advanced ',' Occupational Health and Safety 'or' taxation and billing for freelancers."

According to Tunisia, "the courses have allowed more than five hundred lumbrerenses develop a series of techniques and skills in addition to learning in certain areas, allowing training in various business areas to improve their profession or start a new career field."

On the other hand, the session lumbrerense has also taught courses related to agriculture and livestock sector through the Rural Development Department.
