The Department of Youth and Sports of the municipality of Puerto Lumbreras has organized during the month of March a course 'defense for women. "

This week has started the training program that is taught in the School Hall Street San Javier, and forms to the students in self-defense tactics.

More than half of women taking the course, which will continue on Saturday March 27 with the development of other defense techniques and technical strength.

According to the councilman of Youth and Sports, Mariano Aleppo, "the course gives women greater resilience and defense, increasing physical and psychological capacity to potential violent situations."
