The school has worked for the second quarter in science through a thematic exhibition pavilion set in space.
The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, has participated this morning in an educational project with more than 200 kindergarten students from Public School Juan Antonio López Alcaraz.
During the day, with which it aims to bring the trades and professions to children aged between 3 and 5 years, Sanchez has explained some of the most important tasks performed by a mayor, as is the operation of schools, libraries or the construction of new playgrounds.
Sanchez has also explained to the smallest that works to improve the town, helping people in need, and organize cultural and sports activities, etc.
To do this, as he explained, "we need a lot of teamwork from the City to Puerto Lumbreras continue to grow and I can offer the best future for the little ones."
Finally, the Mayor has delivered a gift to students, and expressed his satisfaction "with an educational project which has involved many professionals in the city for various trades and professions bring the little ones."
Flag set in 'A space travel'
Students and teachers, accompanied by the mayor, also visited the school flag set in 'A space trip' in which they worked during the second quarter.
The daily schedule has included in-depth study of a teaching sequence focuses on the scientific field to bring the little knowledge of space.
To do this, students and teachers have planned, sequenced and implemented a series of contents, sending the classroom interesting and motivating activities where reading and writing have taken a major role.
The project has culminated in the exhibition hall set in 'A space travel "and visit relatives.
