The City Council has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration to develop early childhood programs (30/03/2010)

It will launch healthcare care programs at the Center for Early Childhood of Puerto Lumbreras.

The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and counseling for Social Policy, Women and Immigration, this morning signed a collaboration agreement to develop early intervention programs in the municipality.

With the execution of the agreement, carried out by the Mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, and the Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, the session will launch programs and activities for training and health care of children up 6 years of age.

In addition, the grant of 67,720 euros, will maintain the Early Childhood Center of Puerto Lumbreras which has a total of 40 places for children receiving individualized treatments, plus a service and family counseling.
