The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Department of Education and Culture has launched a new program of activities coinciding with the celebration of World Book Day.
This morning, the Councillor for Education and Culture, Isabel García, along with the councilman of Youth, Mariano Carrasco, has introduced a new program that offers cultural and educational alternatives aimed at all citizens between April and June.
"It is very important to promote activities that enhance the promotion of reading in all groups.
